Randstad is looking for very professional, experienced, (2 years), Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to work in the East End of Louisville!
- Accept and direct all incoming phone calls in the utmost professional manner
- Serve as receptionist for all visitors to the office
- Take and deliver accurate and thorough messages - this is of utmost importance
- Open and distribute or scan all mail, including e-mails and e-faxes
- Process all outgoing mail
- Will be responsible for the physical environment for both the office and the office building which includes:
- Order and monitor office supplies
Working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
This candidate for this position must have strong and effective communication and organizational skills.
Must be dependable, professional in dress and demeanor, possess efficient time management skills, computer literacy, proofreading ability, self-starting capability and appropriate verbal and written skills.
Exceptional attention to detail a must!
Minimum 2 years experience
