We are looking for a dynamic Survey Customer Service Representative for our client. This is a great opportunity to grow with a very large company. The candidate we are seeking should have the Ability to establish a professional rapport with client's to conduct a scripted survey and accurately record the information obtained. The ideal candidate should have experience; maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
Job
Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Specific guidelines and expectations are required
- Assisting with any administrative functions
- Updating database with current information
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently with little supervision
Working hours: 12:00pm-9:00pm
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year's experience in related field
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Good written/ verbal communication skills
- Type 45 wpm
- Team player
- Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
-This position is full-time, but part time positions are also available

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
