Job Overview:
Enable the package processing of semiconductors for high-voltage, high temperature applications. The job responsiblities include package development, process development and project management.
Job Requirements:
Expertise in semiconductor package processing for high-voltage, high temperature applications. Experience with package reliability characterization and testing for high-voltage applications. Experience with the silicon, galium nitride (GaN) interaction with the package to enable the high-voltage experience. It will be necessary to clearly document and communicate information with multiple team members in multiple sites and into multiple management chains. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is a team player, with excellent communication skills, and has the ability to work with wide array of team members and factories in multiple locations.
The ideal candidate will be a HV packaging specialist with >600V package processing experience and a materials science background. R&D, process development and program management knowledge and skills are preferred.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or a related field
- 5 years of work related experience
