A successful candidate will be well organized, detail-oriented and good with multi-tasking (someone flexible with tasks and does not mind interruptions). Essential Duties:
Database management
Reporting and taking meeting minutes
Documentation
Data Entry
Handling confidential information
Telephone coverage
Filing
General secretarial duties
Working hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm
Necessary
Qualifications:
Intermediate level Microsoft Office Skills
Associates Degree in Secretarial Science or 3
years of experience in secretarial/office support
Experience with medical billing / insurance is a plus
Detail-Oriented
Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
