Scope of Position:
To provide process expertise to various areas of the plant in support of daily operations and continuous improvement and cost reductions projects. Apply technical knowledge and practices to effectively accomplish technical assignments and projects. Support and lead projects to fulfill department goals and objectives in direct support of manufacturing and operations of CELCOR products.
Day to Day
Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, timelines, cost estimates for process improvements to meet the overall manufacturing and operations objectives.
Work directly with engineering and operations in troubleshooting and resolving process issues
Interface with operators, team leaders and peers to develop and implement process, equipment, or safety improvements into manufacturing.
Work directly with vendors to identify replacement/new technology for equipment.
Manage all aspects of bringing new processes / equipment into production, including preparation of financial justification, specifying, purchasing, as well as tracking all spending related to the project. Develop maintenance and operator training documentation, conducting equipment qualification and initial training of production personnel, and make provisions for repair parts stocking levels. Formally document all aspects of the project. Ensure all production and maintenance documentation is completed such as Drawings, Spare Parts, PM's, and calibration
Hours of work/work schedule/flextime:
40 hr/week, typical 8am-5pm with potential some flex time for equipment downtime and installation.
Required Education and
Experience:
BS or MS in Engineering required (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Materials, Chemical)
0-2 years of related experience
Required Skills:
Strong technical fundamentals
Strong troubleshooting techniques with creative and innovative problem solving skills
Self-motivated and self-starter: results oriented and can work independently with high commitment / energy
Working knowledge of Excel
Ability to work in a team based environment as well as individually
Technical curiosity and drive to learn
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with good planning and organizational skills
Desired Skills:
Advanced computer skills in Excel, Access
Working knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean Fundamentals
Manufacturing work experience
Ability to work with people across the organization to implement creative solutions.
Strong written and verbal communications skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
