Our healthcare client in Lancaster, PA is one of the largest employers in the county. Currently they are in the midst of some enterprise level IT projects touching on the implementation of a new EHR and need help in converting their devices on-site from Windows XP to 7. Our client looks for individuals with a strong work ethic who take pride in their work knowing that their results help in ultimately delivering excellent patient care.
Job Duties/
Responsibilities:
Assist in the conversion and transition of hospital devices from Windows XP to 7
o Re-imaging and imaging of on-site devices
Troubleshoot any technical issues related to the deployment of the Windows 7 product on devices such as laptops, in-room computers and potentially mobile devices
Help any internal employees on-site at hospitals and ancillary complexes with technical issues related to the conversion
Assist members of the IT staff with any other technical issue resolution as seen fit
Maintain an excellent customer service mentality and flexibility
Skills Needed:
Strong technical support skills in relation to Windows 7 and XP troubleshooting
Ability to communicate and coordinate with a variety of on-site employees
Strong work-ethic
Ability to pick up on new procedures and policies quickly and learn on the flyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
