The Account Coordinator supports the account team in handling the day to day requirements of existing accounts to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. This includes end to end responsibility for the
success of assigned projects from project definition and scope to post job analysis. The Account Coordinator is responsible for communication and coordination of client requests through the Company
service delivery process.
Serve as client contact for day to day business including specifications and expectations for assigned accounts and projects.
- Work closely with account team to assure overall satisfaction of assigned clients.
- Support account management and other key personnel to produce Business Review; participate in customer Business Review session as appropriate.
- Work with the client on maintaining the integrity of the order processing requirements, inventory and web site information.
- Perform project management activities including definition of project scope as well as operational and resource implications.
- Ensure that all project execution is completed on time and in a manner that satisfies requirements and provides mutual value.
- Function as backup for team members or account management as necessary.
- Communicate as appropriate with internal stakeholders when a new business opportunity presents itself.
- All other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
- Communicate client expectations to internal operating departments in a clear and concise manner and in accordance with established best practices.
- Provide input on process improvement opportunities including improved efficiencies and cost savings.
- Update client business rule documentation ensuring that internal key stakeholders are aware of business process changes.
- Coordinate client requests with various operational areas.
- Understand client contractual requirements to ensure adherence.
- Troubleshoot and resolve potential client concerns; making decisions in the best interest of the
- Company and the client or escalating issues as appropriate to the proper level of management.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum two years related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal and customer facing skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with sensitive deadlines.
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage end-to-end project requirements.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong general computer skills including MS Office Suite.
- Proven business acumen, judgment, and decision making skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
