Financial & Technical Support Analyst

Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting of leasing revenues. Serve as main point of contact with IT on the integration of
new systems and upgrades of current applications. Become SME for finance department for maintaining and updating in-house reporting and analytics
Develop and maintain models for multi-year forecasting of recurring revenues such as interest, management fees and billing minimums.
Assist with solving operating area issues by developing technological solutions to enhance reporting for management and efficiency to operations.
Assist General Ledger group in maintenance of general ledger database and departmental reporting.
Assist Billing group in maintenance of audits and streamlining manual processes.
Create financial and operational analysis to provide management with visibility to potential issues.
Work closely with IT to ensure projects stay on track and all information is clearly communicated to finance management.
Assist in user acceptance testing for financial systems modifications and implementations.
Aid treasury in updating and maintaining the Interest Net Return Model
Acquire expertise in specific finance functions and provide annual forecasting and insightful analysis of projected related orders and credits.
Provide support for Like Kind Exchange (LKE) database, including daily true up reports and zero purchase amount assets.
Provide detailed analytics on LKE data elements and work closely with external tax partners to assist with annual tax reporting.
Provide Annual Mileage Based Depreciation (MBD) postcard analysis, validation, and final file submission to external auditors.
Partner with accounts receivable and credit managers to streamline reporting and identify process improvements in their areas.
Other special projects as assigned
Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering with 5
years related experience including experience developing financial, forecasting models and developing technology based solutions and reporting
Proficient with MS Office with advanced Excel and Access skills
Ability to troubleshoot Visual Basic (VB) macros; programming VB skills a plus
Team player with clear written and oral communication skills
Ability to multi-task/manage large project volume
Strong analytical ability
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
