Job Description :
The Industrial Engineer wiil use sound analytical methods, sophisticated software skills, advanced engineering knowledge, change management. and ccrnmunication tools to effectively re-design CCR warehouses that will yield the highest productivity and efficiency gains.
Accountable for building project plans thel! are consistently delivered on-time and within budget
Knov/!edge in applying continuous improvement techniques and analytical tools such as: lean and six sigma (OMAIC) to achieve Improved business results.
Responsible for redesign oi warehouse processes, warehouse layout. and infrastructure.
Develops innovative ways to flow product throuqh our warehouses most efficiently and effectively.
Utilizes standard engineering process to conduct time studies and determine standard work guidelines.
Project Management
Builds project and capital plans that are consistently delivered on-time and within budget
Develop and implement plans and programs for Iacility modifications and revisions to operstinp methods.
Provides sound business case that will effectively deliver productivity/labor saving and superior customer service
Execution
Delivers warehouse layout that effectivley and efficiently flows product through the Cusomers warehouse
Responsible for supply chain process improvemeat initiatives being understood, communicated, executed, and measured across ail 8U''s and NABU.
Track and monitor effectiveness of manaqement routines and metrrcs: recommend and implement changes as needed to ensure business objectives are met.
Conducts time studies and devises standard work routines and measurable productivity expectations
Collaborate and communicate best practices with other industrial engineers and Iunctional process improvement leads.
Analytical Problem Solving
Apply highlY quantitative methods to business/warebouse operanons with the intent of optimizing total delivered cost and maximizing service levels
Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies
Establishes methods for maximum utilization of warehouse faciltties and personnel.
Collaborate/Facilitate:
Provide training and documentation as needed for ail process and design chances
Proven track record for accuracy and excellent interpersonal communication skills that contributed to effective teamwork.
Utilize lean Thinking, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement subject matter experts to continue professional development and gain knowledge of upstream and downstream challenges.
Requirements
EDUCATION
o BS Inciustriai Engineering required
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

years of Industrial Engineering experience specifically in warehouse re-desiqn and layout
Project Management within various warehouse environments
SQL experience
