Teach Mathematics in both Spanish and English to middle and high school students in a Spanish Immersion Program. Prepare for classes assigned; Guide the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals and establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects. Assess the accomplishments of students on a regular basis. Maintain accurate, complete, and correct records as required by law, district policy, and administrative regulation. Participate in faculty meetings and activities.
Must be fluent in Spanish. Must have or be able to obtain Kentucky Teaching Certification for Middle Grades Mathematics Grades 5-9 and for teaching Mathematics Grades 9-12. Must have or be able to obtain ESL (English as a Second Language) endorsement or ELL (English Language Learners) endorsement.
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Education.
