Provide technical and product support within IT Solutions Team for all active units and departments using SAP, with a primary focus area on FICO (Finance & Controlling) module, using knowledge and experience with SAP FICO, Security and SOD models/configurations, ABAP, Solution Manager, ITIL, etc. Will be responsible for covering SAP real-time tickets, changes and projects in FICO as well as Business Intelligence (BI). Work with business end users to resolve business and IT issues and changes through technical development, testing and training stages. Perform SAP solutions design, deliver SAP program services, and provide support to business users and internal team members as needed, including developing and maintaining relationships with cross-functional, global teams within organization and preparing end-user document training. Review and identify necessary design improvements and configurations within companys SAP release processes as well as remain current with SAPs changing technology and research developments. Work with management to identify technical improvements and execute identified projects within companys IT release processes. Develop and recommend improvements on the adoption of new SAP enhancements or modules. Perform Data Mapping as required in the target environment as well as be involved in functional testing and integration testing. Perform troubleshooting, implement enhancement and fixes, and assist with security role designs and improvements. Resolve cross module issues and remain actively engaged in the design, review and configuration of new SAP implementation/solution rollouts.
Five (5) years postgraduate progressive experience in specialty field.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS or Business Administration.
