Responsibilities include: Designing and releasing sheet metal components and assemblies for various automotive structures and closures systems. Implementing product development process including product planning, development, validation and launch. Ensuring products meet function, quality, NVH, cost, weight, and timing requirements. Using TCE, Digital Buck, CATIA, WERS, AVBOM, DFMEA, eFDVS, and FEA.
M.S. in Mechanical Engineering & 6 mo. experience as a Product Engineer. Academic program or experience must have included: CATIA; NVH; Designing sheet metal components and validating metal stamping process.
