privately-held company, is seeking an Executive Logistics Leader. The company has been experiencing exponential growth despite already being the leader in their industry. This newly-created position within their corporate HQ, is a direct result of their growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing the Strategic Logistics Vision & Strategy for the company's inbound and outbound freight operations. Duties include:
Directing the overall strategy for the company's international and domestic logistics network
Evaluating and selecting domestic and international carriers in conjuction with the sourcing and merchandising teams
Negotiation of carrier contracts
Management of all logistical issues domestically and internationally to include import/export regulations.
Financial management of a freight spend of over $250 Million
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (mandatory)
10
years experience in Logistics/transportation Management, including a significant amount of time on the shipper side.Candidates whose backgrounds are limited to the carrier side will not be considered.
Extensive experience in negotiating freight contracts within all modes (parcel, TL, LTL, intermodal, rail & ocean). This includes inbound international shipments and ground transportation into Mexico and Canada.
Strong Microsoft Office Skills
Authorization to work within the US without restrictions.
Domestic Relocation assistance is availableEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
