Assist in the full systems life cycle development of software applications within prescribed quality standards, timeframes and budget, participate in the design, development and architecture of complex software applications, consult with clients, conduct requirements gathering, develop design documents and architecture diagrams, coordinate test strategies and test plans, and performance tuning, recommend suitable project solutions and assist with their implementation, oversee code review, act as liaison between development team and clients to resolve technical issues and implement the designed applications accordingly. Work with Oracle, SQL Server, PL/SQL, Java and Visio. Master's degree plus 6 months experience is required. Work site: Relocation for long and short term projects to client sites at varying unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. will be required. No telecommuting.
