Mature couple for property maintenance & management

We are looking for team players to assist in the management and basic maintenance of a small apartment complex and other properties we own.
Maintenance - must have basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, A/C, painting, and drywall repair. Other duties include some landscaping and cleaning duties. Must have cell phone, good driving record and vehicle.
Management - must have some prior experience in the management of residential rentals. $75 per executed lease. Cell phone, computer, printer, and internet connection required.
This is a part-time position. A 2 bedroom apartment on the property is included with this position. We do pay hourly for services above the agreed upon maintenance and management duties.
Qualifications:
2-5 years prior experience
Stable work history
Good references
We also conduct a thorough criminal and credit background check.
