This position is responsible inspection and release of inbound product and for monitoring of warehouse operations for compliance to client requirements. This position will also review daily temperature graphs and will monitor and report overdue CARE investigations.
Handles the inspection and release process for incoming and returned product including downloading of temperature recorders, communicating results to clients, obtaining proper client approval, electronic storage of inspection records, disposition of temperature recorders, and product retains.
Performs calibration and alarm testing to ensure company compliance to SOPs.
Reviews daily temperature graphs and assigns alarm investigation responsibility to the appropriate manager.
Issues stickers/labels for product relabeling and performs visual inspections to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Issues a weekly overdue CARE report to ensure timely closure of deviation investigations.
Prepares internal pick error reports and issues results to warehouse management for counseling and corrective action.
Assists with relabeling and kitting operations in support of client requests.
Assists with monitoring of cGMP training records.
Assists with the Document Control system, as necessary.
Assists with Corrective and Preventive Action as necessary.
Assists with special projects.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager.
Internal/External Contact: Works with the warehouse and inventory services departments to facilitate product release. Has extensive contact with warehouse management with regard to process audits and product releases. Has contact with external auditors and customer Quality Assurance personnel. External contact is with written correspondence, in person, and by telephone.
Minimum Education Required: Two year associates degree and/or equivalent experience.
Minimum Experience Required: Prior quality inspection experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required (except where noted as preferred) : Ability to express ideas clearly both in written and oral communications. Ability to enter data accurately. Ability to handle multiple tasks well. Detail-oriented individual with thorough knowledge of word processing, database, and spreadsheet programs (preferably MS Office). Must possess the ability to work with internal departments to accomplish objectives and meet established deadlines. Must be personable, self-starter, possess a good attitude, and enjoy external and internal contact on the phone and in person with supervisors, co-workers, customers, and potential clients.
Physical Requirements: Ability to correctly input data into the computer. Able to communicate effectively with customers whether in person, on the telephone, or through correspondence.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
