This position reports to the Process Manager
The main responsibilities are:
Assist with all aspects of process start-up
Develop and implement Work Instructions for the process
Assist in commissioning trials
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure documents are being filled out properly
Participate in regular supervisor meetings and shift meetings
Work with operators to understand task procedures for the development of the Work Instructions
Assist with break rotations
Assist with running trials during commissioning
Evaluate cleaning procedures
Ensure safety practices are being implemented
Assist Process Manager and Production Supervisors with record keeping
Promote a fun and enjoyable work environment
Minimum requirements:
Undergraduate student or Graduate student in Dairy Science or Food Science disciplines
Enthusiastic attitude; committed to providing quality results and eager to learn all aspects of the production process
