Utilizing the nursing process, the RN during his or her specified work period is responsible for planning, implementation and evaluation of individualized nursing care to patients in all settings where nursing care is provided in collaboration with other health care providers. The RN is accountable for his/her own professional development and practice within the scope of care defined by law. Utilizing organizational resources, the RN acts as a patient advocate for the delivery of safe care including delegation of care and participation in performance and practice improvement activities. Requirements
Current RN license in State of Ohio
Previous ICU experience required.
BSN required within 5 years of hire.
A nurse returning to the profession after five (5) years or more of absence from hospital nursing will be required to take a refresher course.
Associate in nursing, Diploma in nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
