Design, develop and produce aggregated and dashboard reports for clients using on-line reporting tools. Provide guidance and direction in the use of healthcare data within the product portfolio, and provide subject matter knowledge on product design and development initiatives. Create aesthetically appealing and logical external design layouts for reports and dashboards. Create and maintain standard documentation for analytics portfolio including: business purpose, audience, execution frequency, queries, data sources, and parameters. Use the team request tracking and management database for the deliverable lifecycle. Provide timely status updates on progression of report portfolio development. Assess quality and integrity of data collected, analysis performed, and reports generated. Develop standard and ad-hoc reports per approved business guidelines and standards. Organize and complete assigned tasks in priority order established by the team's prioritization model and direction from management. Design, develop and produce standard monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics reports for internal program monitoring and client reporting. Work in partnership with analytical and statistical team members to apply methodologies to classify, quantify, and forecast business metrics that assist internal and external stakeholders by providing reliable, accurate, comparable, and timely metrics required by management for program view and strategic planning.
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Mathematics, or closely-related field plus five years of experience in the job offered or five years of experience as a Business Analyst, Engineer, or closely-related field. All applicants must have demonstrated experience with: T-SQL; SQL Server 2008; and Microsoft products including Excel, Access, and Visio.
