The Associate Counsel, Transactional will negotiate and draft agreements on behalf of company's medical, life science, and consumer product groups on a variety of commercial and corporate transactional matters, and provide legal advice to managers on a variety of business-related, legal subjects. The incumbent will provide direct support for a business group or groups and provide secondary support to the remaining groups. He/She will also supervise professional(s) and/or paraprofessional(s) employed in the Legal Department.
