JOB TITLE: F-22 Financial Analyst
PROJECT Overview:
You will be an important member of an acquisition support team providing continued program expertise in F-22 Financial Management in support of the F-22 Program Office. You will perform this work in the F-22 Division at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. As a skilled professional you will be a member of a team of acquisition experts who will provide on-going support for the maintenance, upgrade, and modernization of the F-22 aircraft.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND
Responsibilities:
The F-22 Financial Manager collects, organize, maintains contract and financial data and documentation, and reconciles obligations and disbursements.
Utilizes previously developed software tools and databases to support reconciliation of financial and contract data. to include: Mechanization of Contract Administration Services (MOCAS), Block Qualification (BQ), Central Procurement Accounting System (CPAS), Acquisition Management Information System (AMIS), Computer Resources Integrated Support (CRIS), Standard Contract Reconciliation Tool (SCRT), Case Management Control System/Communications Security (COMSEC) Material Control System (CMCS), and Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS).
Provides training to other financial managers and program managers on software tools, databases, and processes used to complete contract closeout tasks.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND
Qualifications:
Bachelor or postgraduate degree in mathematics, statistics, or a business or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or management information technology,
At least three (3) years of experience in performing the following functions with respect to DoD programs / projects:
Apply knowledge of financial management functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and customers
Draw conclusions and devise solutions to problems relating to improvement of financial management effectiveness, work methods and procedure efficiency
Develop and maintain program budgets and other financial tracking documentation; may perform work measurement studies, program or financial operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, or workload change impact analyses; and rely upon and use automated management information systems in performing fact finding, analytical, and advisory functions.
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (MS-Office) tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledgeable of Earned Value Management (EVM) tools such as wInsight.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
