Responsible for auditing all financial information. Coordinate all Cost Accounting work related to
inventory, physical inventory, QAD perpetual, and non-perpetual inventory. Assist with variance
analysis and special projects. Thoroughly understand all Cost Accounting department account flows,
system and reports. Optimizes cash flow to support company resource needs per Quality System
standard
Prepare and maintain Physical Inventory Procedures
Schedule monthly and annual Physical Inventory Procedures
Review inventory results and co-ordinate report edits and final reports
Daily review customer returns and miscellaneous shippers for updating on transaction reports and
follow-up errors
Analyze negative inventories
Prepare journal entries for obsolete inventory
Assist with variance analysis of material and labor
Be familiar with micro-computers and spreadsheet concepts
Account reconciliations customer debits, obsolete inventory, other inventory reserves, and reserve
for doubtful accounts
Prepare department budgets to establish burden rates after budget is final
Perform Cost rollups in QAD standard and current file at least weekly
Be familiar with annual plan and or reports to assist in their preparation
Approve PCOs review changes to standards roll up costs. Keep reference file of changes
Responsible for reporting of information for 1099 forms
Responsible for Product Change Order Process
Perform other duties and analysis as assignedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
