HVAC and refrigeration repair specialist.
This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Essential Job Functions:
Maintains, monitors, and repairs heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs problems with air conditioning systems.
Requisitions parts and supplies as needed.
Installs ductwork, units, and peripheral equipment.
Uses hand and power tools to make repairs as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED plus vocational technical diploma in HVAC; with three years work experience in residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. HVAC certification preferred.
Additional Information:
Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system installation, repair and maintenance practices.
Knowledge of code and city policies and regulations.
Knowledge of the standard materials and tools used in the installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems.
Knowledge of the occupational hazards in the use of power tools and equipment.
Skill in the use of hand tools and power equipment necessary to perform various building maintenance and repair tasks.
Skill in following instructions.
Skill in using meters, gauges, and measurement devices
Work Schedule: 8AM - 5PM
