The role
This position involves working closely with various in-house counsel teams to provide various types of contracts related support. You will be responsible for providing contract administration and negotiation support.
You might be the person we're looking for if you
Have 2
years of contracts administration, contracts management, commercial/business paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
Like the sound of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment for a Fortune 500 technology company
Have excellent drafting skills; negotiation acumen with an interest in developing excellent negotiation skills
Are looking for high visibility
Enjoy working on multiple projects with quick turn-around
Specifically you will
Provide substantive transactional support, including contract administration and negotiation
Review agreements against established standards, create deviation reports, and propose alternative positions working from a negotiation playbook or checklist
Escalate unresolved issues to designated contact points andEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
