Role:
The Facilities Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional service to the Vape World team by performing duties to maintain the general upkeep of the office.
Responsibilities:
Daily maintenance & light housekeeping to ensure overall cleanliness of office. Areas to include break room, coffee bar / kitchenette, conference room, training room, viewing room, supply closet, bathrooms, visitor waiting areas, lobby, and printer stations.
Maintain inventory of supplies to ensure office, refreshment, refrigerator, and pantry are fully stocked at all times. This includes placing orders with vendors via phone and online. Local pickup and errand tasks as needed.
Coordinating, receiving, unpacking, inspecting, and distributing / put away all supply inventoryEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
