Position Objective:
The Systems Architect ? Network Lead reports to the Associate Director Infrastructure Operations. This position is a member of the Network Infrastructure Support Team acting as a leader for the rest of the team, and coordinating the activities and managing resource demands. It will have very close interaction with other IT system architects, engineering groups, local IT Managers and other application support, and development groups worldwide, as well as with manufacturers, telecomm carriers, and other vendors. The position covers both Level 2, Level 3 Infrastructure, development of technical projects that require network design knowledge and experience in understanding of enterprise systems and applications.

Technical Requirements:
Must haves: Strong knowledge and extensive hands-on experience in the following areas and technologies:
OSPF multi-area, BGP.
IPsec site to site VPNs, remote access VPNs.
Firewalling, access lists, protocol inspection.
Load balancing traffic across server farms, load balancing algorithms, health probes.
Dynamic routing interaction with ISPs.
Wide area network circuits and services (MetroE, OCxx, MPLS, DS1/DS3, etc.)
LAN switching, Spanning Tree protocol, VLANs.
QOS on the WAN.
WAN acceleration/optimization.
Cisco routers, branch office to datacenter grade (2800/3800, 2900/3900, 7200, ASR, etc.)
Cisco switches, branch office to datacenter grade (3750, 3560, 6500, Nexus, etc.)
Cisco firewalls, branch office to datacenter grade (ASA5500, FWSM, ASASM).
Cisco and F5 load balancers (Cisco ACE, F5 Big IP).
Riverbed Steelheads appliances.
Other helpful skills:
Clear understanding of network monitoring systems.
Operational experience with TACACS+/Radius authentication systems.
IP telephony, prioritization of RTP traffic.
Experience with Netflow analysis and using Netflow collectors.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Lead the technical aspects of our infrastructure projects.
Worldwide level 2 and level 3 support for the network infrastructure.
Responsible for the maintenance, monitoring and ongoing support of the global Citco network, including WAN and
LAN at the datacenters and at the remote offices worldwide.
Capacity and health management for the network infrastructure.
Keep informed on new developments and products in our technology area and recommend implementation of new solutions as appropriate.
Show excellent decision making skills that support the needs of the business.
Show excellent leadership skills.
Manage the activities of the team to align priorities with the needs of the business.
Allocate resources from the team to satisfy the demand of support and project work coming to the network team.
Keep Associate Director informed of all important activities and relevant aspects of the group.
Regulate the team?s activities to comply with established operational processes and existing policies (Change management, etc.)
Make sure the team is attending to our tickets queues in a timely manner.
Coordinate the delivery of new circuits by telecomm providers.
Level 2 and 3 troubleshooting of the network infrastructure and outside into other technology areas in assistance of other IT groups.
General network maintenance.
Configure and maintain access lists and NAT configuration in firewalls and routers.
Configure IPSec and manage virtual private networks (VPN) within our WAN and B2B with external customers and other parties.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
