Duties: Work with company's legal, procurement, and business teams on IT contracts and projects. Supervise and mentor a team of contract specialists. Draft and negotiate contracts for key IT initiatives. Provide substantive advice on IT and data security issues. Work with company's legal, procurement, and business teams on vendor management and compliance issues. Draft, review, and update template documents. Proactively work with procurement and business teams to develop strategies for IT contracts. Develop presentations and training materials for procurement and business teams related to IT and data security issues.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
