The Construction Project Analyst is responsible for preparation of internal as well external reports related to construction projects of the lending organization. This individual will gather, analyze and summarize data in order to prepare these reports. This individual will evaluate the performance of construction projects and monitor its efficiency. In addition, monitor the budget of the projects and review the expenses.
Job Duties:
Support management in monitoring the financial performance of a construction project.
Monitor budget in respect to budget over runs, ensure documentation for change orders, and monthly loan draws.
Collect, coordinate and monitor cost data.
Manage the baseline expenditure plans of a project.
Prepare financial analysis of expenditures.
Construction site visits. Evaluation and reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting
3 - 5 Years Experience in a related field
Must have excellent written as well verbal communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Office including Excel
Possess excellent analytical skills
Knowledge in construction procedures
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
