See if you're a Fit! - Client Requirements:
Support Director, NA Benefits by managing day to day activities relating to health & welfare and 401(k) benefits. Use strong understanding of regulations to take actions based on changes to Health Care Reform and manage reporting and communications on updates/changes to regulation. Liaison for payroll, external vendors, external consultants, finance, labor relations, and communication team for issue resolution.
25% - Manage the day to day administration of the health & welfare plans. Identify solutions for issues with Payroll, Finance and vendors with assistance from NA Benefits leadership when necessary. Independently provide support to partners regarding participant issues and maintain communication with DHRs for any questions/concerns they may have regarding their associates' benefits throughout the year. Support team on health & welfare projects and system testing.
30% - Manage interactions and be the main point of contact with state based Health Exchanges. Liaison for local property inquiries pertaining to eligibility issues stemming from PPACA; quality assurance; general coordination activities. Ensure compliance with full-time eligibility rules; respond to inquiries pertaining to health care reform from Regional and Local HR. Manage required reporting from payroll and finance (e.g., W-2 Quality of Care Reporting, health insurance coverage, patient centered outcomes research fee, etc.) and payment of taxes and penalties.
20% - Manage activities relating to Clients, SMMs, SPD updates, disclosures and other required notices. Work with internal communication team to be sure messages are compliant. Keep SW global benefits team up-to-date on new regulations, guidance and changes to existing law. Point of contact for external consulting firm on new regulations, guidance and changes to existing law.
15% - Provide support for 401(k) plan projects, including periodic review of vendor processes, and assist with associate issue resolution.
10% - Support bargaining activity to ensure union health plans and administrative practices remain compliant with PPACA. Liaison for Union groups SW is responsible for.
Requirements College Degree Course of Study:
o Account, Finance, Economics, Business Administration
o 5-7 years of experiencing administering health & welfare and 401(k) plans In-depth knowledge of relevant federal, state and local laws and regulations and administrative best practices.
o Strong health care technical skills.
o Knowledge of SAP Excellent ability to prioritize and manage projects, strong problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a wide variety of complex tasks and to work independently.
o Collaborative approach to working with internal and external vendors.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs. Advanced skills in Excel, Access and reporting systems.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
