Quantum Tech Staffing is looking for a trainer for a contract position with one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.
This assignment requires a very Polished, Professional Candidate with Excellent verbal and language skills. The selected candidate will be responsible to assist in providing training and support to staff on a new web-based application. Patience to resolve issues is required.
Under the direction of management, participate in all phases of project development including, but not limited to, the following activities:
1. Implementing the application including creating lesson plans, scheduling training, and facilitating training.
2. Assisting the users during, and after, implementation via on-site and remote support.
3. Help with creating end-user documentation including quick start guides, user manuals, and on-line help systems when there is down time
4. Other duties as necessary
Preferred Education: 4 year college degree
Required Skills:
Facilitate user training and support
Writing user manuals and other training materials
Developing lesson/training plans
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer
Able to communicate CLEARLY and effectively in written and spoken English
Able to work independently and as a member of a team
Preferred Skills:
RoboHelp or other help authoring tool
Executing system testing and facilitating user acceptance testing
Writing requirements documents
Mercury Quality CenterEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
