As a key member of the Business HR team, the generalist will assist in the development and execution of HR strategies, initiatives and programs in support of business plans and overall corporate objectives such as Talent Management; Performance Management; Workforce Planning; Talent Sourcing, New Employee Orientation and the annual Compensation Review Process. The generalist will facilitate HR activities in support of the Global Business Human Resources team responsible for enabling global HR strategies and initiatives.
Develop and execute annual processes such as Talent Management, Succession Development, Compensation Review Process, 360 Feedback process, and integration of new hires
Partner with the business in developing an understanding of the people and organizational strategy needs and assist in designing and executing solutions in the areas of talent management, leadership development, succession planning, organizational structure, business process improvement, performance management, global teaming, rewards and recognition strategies, communication and staffing
Facilitate the effective resolution of day to day HR matters.
Coach business leaders on managing their business organizations effectively.
Proactively initiate dialog with management, provide advice on issues affecting morale, performance, development and organization effectiveness, helping to determine root causes and recommending appropriate next steps
Assist Business HR managers in creating and launching new programs aligned withEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
