Assignment Capsule
You will research, document and analyze multi-faceted operational, production and performance data with impacts on day to day operations within claims cost management. You will identify data trends, identify root cause metrics, serve as a liaison between the business and our reporting team to ensure accurate reporting is designed, develop ideas and assist with programs and projects to solve problems, and present and assist with implementation of solutions. You will be required to learn and document existing business processes within CCM and identify weaknesses/gaps as well as obtain an understanding of all data involved.
Perform routine report production including: projections, staffing analysis, operational production performance, performance measurement and tracking, and trend analysis
Make recommendations based on data analysis of potential problems
Query data and summarize in fashion suitable for making business decisions
Work with multiple operational audit areas and groups to understand data and processes
Document business processes and weaknesses
Work with reporting team to design reporting based on business need
Analyze reports and draw conclusions

## Qualifications
Role Essentials
Bachelor''s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar area
Demonstrated ability using Access, SQL, Excel and/or Microsoft Visio.
Must be adaptable, able to multi-task, and be able to work in a face paced environment.
Understand and document business processes and perform process improvement analysis
Role Desirables
CPA, CGMA, CMA
Proficiency with Excel, Access, Visio and/or SQL
3-5 years Healthcare Financial Experience
2 years of technical experience analyzing data and/or creating financial/operational reports
Reporting Relationships
You will report to a Consultant. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
