Job Duties:
Generates new sales activity through lead generation. This includes: cold calling, contact discovery, appointment-setting, nurturing and referral capture.
Leverages marketing and sales tools to warm leads for the outside sales team. This includes: , , Pardot, and social media sites.
Participates in prospect and client-facing events, such as tradeshows, VIP events, and business luncheons with the goal of developing new contact relationships and sales opportunities in the funnel.
Promotes company events including webinars, conferences, speaking engagements, etc. To drive attendance.
Updates all sales interactions into
Prepares and communicates applicable performance metrics.
Develops strong knowledge of competitive, vertical, and industry trends, and TeleTech solutions and value propositions.
Collaboratively works with assigned outside sales/business development managers to ensure alignment in strategy and goals to maximize opportunities and generate sales activity.
Achieves/exceeds monthly lead generation targets and quality sales accepted lead quotas.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years experience in sales role
Excellent communication skills. Ability to project warm, inviting and trusting telephone image.
Excellent negotiation ability
Proficiency in computer operations, including Microsoft Office applications, CRM, Social and Web.
Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Effective time management, organization and leadership skills
Knowledge of various social media to utilize into projects
Strong problem solving skills
Demonstrated multi-tasking abilityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
