Administrative assistant must have previous experience in the financial services field and have prior experience in an office setting. Administrative assistant will act as the gate-keeper to the firm, and handle all of the general office duties. We are looking for administrative assistants with upbeat and friendly personalities. Can-do attitudes are essential, as you are representing the face of the company! While covering the maternity leave, general duties include calendar management, stocking and sorting the mailroom, setting up conference rooms and handling company bills. While administrative assistant does not have to have much experience with QuickBooks, they must be willing to learn and will receive training.
