# Job Description
As the Alcon Johns Creek Manufacturing Facility continues to undergo major capital projects to expand the facility and install new technology, we need an HSE Lead to coordinate all HSE compliance requirements for future Capital projects. Manage contractors to ensure all requirements for equipment regulations are fully completed. Work closely with project team and equipment engineers to coordinate all HSE compliance. Ensure full compliance with new Title V Air and Waste Water permit. Manage multiple contractors to ensure all testing requirements are fully completed. Review and approve all equipment User Requirement (URS), Design and Qualification documents requiring HSE approval. Ensure all HSE requirements are incorporated into user's requirements and design documents. Support Atlanta MTO HSE Manager to ensure Atlanta MTO meets all HSE compliance. Assist other Atlanta operations such as Johns Creek Distribution, Johns Creek Research and Johns Creek Administration as needed.

# Minimum requirements
Minimum of BS, preferably in chemistry or sciences. Must be fluent in English 5 to 10 years minimum HSE Generalist in Manufacturing or similar environment. 12 years' experience preferred. PSM experience desirable.
