Sodexo is seeking a Regional Operations Support Housekeeping Manager for the Southeast Region. The position requires extensive travel to support the needs throughout the area. The successful candidate may be scheduled to work 10 days at a time with 4 days off or 5 days at a time with 2 days off - this will vary based upon needs. This manager must, have excellent interpersonal skills and managing people and housekeeping operations.
The successful candidate will learn, implement and operate Sodexo systems, while providing outstanding operational support. Ideal candidate has: previous Healthcare, and strong computer skills. This position is also responsible for the positive outcomes for all planning, organizing and implementation of the Sodexo Brand in a respectful and appreciative manner.
This position is a TEMPORARY position and once hired into this role, the candidate will need to continue to post to positions of interest in order to be considered for a longer term position. You must be willing to travel. Position will work to exceed customer and client expectations by proving innovative approaches that sets Sodexo apart.
Provides supervision for custodial services at account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the Company. Implements business practices in order to uphold Company mission and values. Contributes to account revenue and operating profit contribution through the implementation of services and creation of opportunities for growth.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
