Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
o Direct maintenance crew in their daily work scheduling consisting of emergency repairs, work orders, preventative maintenance and special projects.
o Completion of assigned work orders.
o Ensure compliance of department to 5-Pillar Standards
o Perform daily equipment inspections.
o Conduct employee reviews.
o Participate in PCI Process.
o Ability and willingness to work overtime as required; on-call duty may be required over holidays and weekends.
o Maintain neat, clean and orderly work area.
o Install new equipment or work with outside vendors on installation.
o Trouble shooting of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
o Assist in establishing and maintaining maintenance standards and procedures.
o Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
o High school diploma or GED required.
o 1-3 years experience maintaining and repairing mechanical systems consisting of conveyor, air compressors, welding equipment and pneumatic tools, etc.
o 1-3 years experience installing electrical systems consisting of lighting, conduit, bus duct, distribution panels and motor controls.
o Prior supervisory experience a plus.
o Ability to work with little or no supervision.
o Good housekeeping and organizational skills.
o Good communication skills.
o Attention to safety.
o Technical degree such as electrical or mechanical maintenance may be required.
o Welding experience preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
