Design, develop, and support FireEyes leading edge product suites. Perform analysis on data related to malware, including Infections, Payloads, and Communications. Find hidden trends and relationships in data. Work on projects to correlate data from complex data sets. Work on Machine Learning projects to help in classification. Develop and apply advanced algorithms for clustering, reputation systems, and data mining. Work on systems for data enrichment. Work on automation systems to better improve analysis life cycle. Mathematically model complex datasets and problems.
Masters degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
Education or experience must include:
1. Data mining, machine learning, and graph theory techniques;
2. Application of advanced research techniques on any given type of data;
3. Scripting language, including Python;
4. Technologies related to data storage, including RDBMS, NoSQL, and Hadoop;
5. Implementation of advanced algorithms in programming language, including implementation of Machine Learning algorithm in Java or C++;
6. Development in LAMP environment;
7. Data analysis tools, such as R.
