The Systems Analyst will serve as an integral member of the ERP project team responsible for the implementation and support of the Infor M3 system. This position will report to the IT Manager, and take direction from the IT Project Manager during all phases of the ERP project. The primary duties:
Define and scope out project work for ERP implementation effort across each of the functional business areas.
Work closely with subject matter experts and vendor resources to properly define requirements and ensure they are successfully translated into system configuration.
Coordinate with IT programmer/analysts to deliver desired results and attain user-acceptance and sign-off.
Work hands-on in system to make configuration changes and support testing efforts.
Follow good change management principles.
Serve as a liaison between the business units, technology and support teams.
Provide ongoing support to ERP user base which may require afterhours support at times.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
