Job Details: The Housekeeper 1 will be working in a clinic/hospital environment with exposure to chemicals, odors, cleaning solvent and possible exposure to blood, tissue, body fluids and must be able to follow HIPPA Universal Precaution and other regulations.QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
High School education.
Written and verbal combination skill.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and be courteous to internal and external customers.
English comprehension to understand and follow verbal and written instruction and demonstrations to learn job duties.
Valid current driver?s license and proof of insurance.
Able to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently, up to 80% of the time.
Employees must be able to move equipment up to 50 lbs. intermittently.
Maintains compliance standards in accordance with the compliance polices and Code-of- Conduct.
