Responsibilities:
Setting appointments with prospective clients to generate sales
Interviewing prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs
Recommend insurance policies to meet the needs of individual clients
Service existing clients to make sure their insurance needs are met
Sales-minded and open to making contacts over the phone and through networking

We are looking for someone that have the following:
Passion for people and developing sales relationships
Easy style of communication and able to relate to all types of personalities
Driven and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales result
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Specific qualifications for this role include:
Minimum 3-4 years of Automobile experience
Experience with TAM, Applied, HawSoft, and Sagita
Prior Insurance Office Experience
Current New York State Property & Casualty Insurance License or New York Insurance Broker
Sales Management, GSM or GM experience, a plus
Large Accounts experience
Compensation:
$60k to $70K Base Salary (base on exp.)
Plus 40% commission on all renewals and new business you bring in.
Bonus structure base on productivity.
Health Insurance and 401k planEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
