Responsibility for the management of one highly complex or enterprise-wide program consisting of multiple projects. Responsible for managing all aspects of the design, development and implementation of the program.
Responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT program(s) consisting of multiple projects.
Provide IT project governance by developing and maintaining a common set of practices, principles and templates for managing IT projects. This includes designing a project methodology that outlines step by step requirements for the project life cycle
Manage the IT project portfolio, and ensure that resources and expenditures target projects that meet the company's strategic direction
Design and improve the company's demand management process, managing the intake and estimating efforts of IT project requests
Manage the evaluation of ROI within the project selection process, and ensure the execution of only those projects that have been approved
Develop, maintain and report to management Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and trend analysis via an electronic dashboard
Provide guidelines and methods for reporting IT resource capacity and time management as input to project budgets and organizational planning
Maintain a centralized archive of lessons learned to assist project managers in when assessing future project approaches
Manage and mentor project managers, providing work assignments and training; evaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions

Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing employees with timely, candid and constructive feedback; developing employees to their full potential and providing challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.
Minimum (Required):
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field; OR equivalent work experience.
Project Management certification (PMP)
10
years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least three (3) years of leadership experience and five (5) years in managing projects.
Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools resource management practices and change management techniques.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Demands: May sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day. May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed. Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required. May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion. Visual acuity to see and read fine prints. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to hear normal voice sounds. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this role.
Work Environment: Work in a climate-controlled, smoke-free internal environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
