Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve property claims
Prepare diagrams and estimates
Evaluate insurance policy language
Negotiate claim settlements
Skills:
Ability to work well with internal/external customers
Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet required deadlines
Organized & detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Xactimate program preferred.
Experience:
3-5 yrs experience handling property claims, including commercial property adjustingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
