QA Mgr will be working closely with the Manufacturing Mgr on lean methodology- must have comfort, experience and interest in knowing, using and being accountable for Lean Methodology
Must have experience working in FINE TOLERANCE environment

NEED to have TS 16949 experience
A candidate that comes from an environment and knowledge of a tight tolerance and complex product build

We will hire someone who has been a QA Engineer in the right automotive environment working with small parts and fine tolerance WHO has been team lead or some influence over peers AND is ready for the next step in their career!!!
Looking for a top notch QA Engineer, with ambition and drive in their career- who has great people skills- enjoys mentoring and providing direction AND wants to be a manager and has the wherewithal to take on managing a team of 7 and leading them- he / she will need to be hands on and get on the shop floor and help as needed and provide instruction!Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
