Manufacturing Technician II

Perform a combination of electrical/mechanical assembly, unit testing and troubleshooting functions
Utilize various test equipment, hardware, fixtures, and software
Interpret and follow work instructions and drawings
Use ERP system, MS Office suite and other computer software to perform daily tasks
Work alongside production support staff and engineering to solve moderately complex problems
Participate in ACE and EH&S; initiatives
Minimum Education Requirement: Associate''s/Technical Degree
Minimum Experience Requirement: 2 years
Production experience is required
Aviation electronics experience is preferred
Prior experience in an assembly, test, and troubleshoot role is preferred
Must be highly motivated and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations
Must demonstrate personal strengths in the following areas:
1) Bias for Action
2) Customer Focus
3) Functional/Technical Skills
4) Decision Making/Problem Solving Skills
5) Communication SKills
