There is currently an opening for an
Innovation Project Leader
at the SC location.
The incumbent of this position must be knowledgeable of the chemistry and processing of silicone
materials (i.e. emulsions, elastomers and fluids) with a background in product formulation and project
management. They will be responsible for initiating, planning, implementing, management and execution
of product and process development projects, including definition of project timing and resource
requirements. The candidate will be expected to interact with all levels of personnel within the
organization with a focus on open communication with the Commercial and Business Development teams
in setting and implementing strategic projects for the growth of the business.
The individual must be an independent, self-starter and extremely self-motivated to maintainEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
