The Principal Technical Security Engineer (PTSE) position is within the Information Technology (IT) Security group whose mission is to deliver information security solutions and services to protect information assets, computing infrastructure, applications and data. The PTSE will work within a world-class Incident Response team helping to identify and mitigate attacks against the organization.
The PTSE will lead the Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) in the detection of malicious activity using a variety of tools including network intrusion detection sensors, intrusion protection sensors, and anomaly detection systems. The work spans protections of consumer applications and production networks as well as protection of the Enterprise infrastructure. The PTSEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
