The Accountant / Bookkeeper mustbe a self-starter who works well independently and is a skilled multi-tasking.
Responsibilities
Post Journal Entries and Account / GL Reconciliations for 10 Distributed Operating Units in 4 States
Tight Month-End Closing Process - very important to complete in a timely manner
Excel Manipulations - using QuickBooks Output to prepare proper financial statements for multiple entities.
Qualifications / Requirements
Associates Degree is Minimum Required - a Bachelor's Degree is Preferred
Must be highly proficient in Excel and QuickBooks
Attention to Detail and Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills are required
Demonstrated Track Record of High-ProductivityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
