The Performance (Loading/Unloading) Associate responsibility is to pick cartons off a conveyor and into a truck trailer. Cartons are fed by conveyor system that leads into the trailers' door and employees are responsible for maximizing the trailer's load. Cartons vary in size and weight.
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: Monday to Thursday (6:30 am - 5 pm)
2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday (6:30 pm - 5 am)
Weekend Shift: Friday to Sunday (6:00 am - 6:30 pm)
Pay rates:
$9.00/hr plus production incentives for 1st & 2nd Shift
$10.00/hr plus production incentives for Weekend Shift
Required Skills:
Mathematical ability such as counting and adding numbers.
Must be able to stand on their feet for extended periods of time.
Good sight; to recognize UPC bar codes in moderate warehouse lighting.
Production Orientated.
Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
