The candidate will be responsible for matters pertaining to the prosecution, enforcement, development, and preservation of firm copyrights and trademarks. Will assist in managing firm s copyright, trademark, and global domain portfolios. Handle legal issues associated with clearance of video game content and firm titles. Negotiate and resolve non-litigation trademark, domain and copyright disputes. Respond to various IP inquiries from, and provide legal advice to, firm s parent company, subsidiaries and other firm departments. Communicate with and direct outside contacts, including outside counsel, on intellectual property and various compliance matters. Conduct in-house training seminars. Maintain knowledge of current legal issues.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
